Your account settings are located in your footer next to your Messages and Notifications. Click on the Settings Icon 
to open your account menu options
The settings for your profile include the following items
Account : Edit your Account Information, Change your Email or Password, Account Type, Account Deletion, and more.
Privacy : Change your Profile Privacy Settings
Notifications : Update your email notification settings
Invitations : Invite friends to join Myspace via email, Facebook, and Twitter
Applications : Sync your Myspace account with Facebook and Twitter
Sign Out : Signs you out of your Myspace account
