We have revised the Terms of Use Agreement as of June 10, 2013. This summary summarizes the important changes. Please note that this summary is provided to help your review of changes to the Agreement. Please carefully review the entire Agreement prior to agreeing to be bound by it. Introduction: We updated the Myspace® product description. We corrected the hyperlink in Myspace’s main URL. We added the reference to the Cookie Policy and the Video Privacy Policy and that you accept them by using the Myspace Services.
Summary of Key Terms: We removed reference to classic Myspace. We added the reference to the Cookie Policy and the Video Privacy Policy and that you accept them by using the Myspace Services. We changed the reference to Specific Media to IMH-affiliated companies.
Section 7.3: We added a reference to the Video Privacy Policy.
Section 8.4: We added certain Prohibited Activities which relate to intellectual property and encryption.
Section 10: We revised the hyperlinks to our copyright and trademark infringement forms and policies.
Section 13.1: We added references to the Video Privacy Policy.
Section 13.4: We added a statement that you agree to our interaction with and possible disclosure of information to law enforcement. We added a reference to our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Section 22: We added an End User License Agreement for any Software which we offer to Users and the terms governing your access to such Software.
Section 23: We removed reference to where the Agreement is posted.
