Type a Message to your Connections directly from your mobile phone. Include a photo for sharing on Facebook and Twitter.
From any page, tap the pencil icon
in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Once your post page opens up, click the open field and start typing.
You can include a photo with your post by clicking the camera icon 
in the lower left hand corner of the screen
Share to Facebook or Twitter by choosing either the Facebook or Twitter icons located on the lower right. You will need to sync your profile to Facebook and Twitter in order to share to those sites. Learn more about syncing with Twitter and Facebook here.
